These Terms and Conditions form part of the rental contract/agreement hereinafter referred to
as the “Rental Contact” between you (The Customer) and FORRENTZ herein referred to as the
“FORRENTZ” and apply to all the photography equipment (Equipment) rented by you. These
terms and conditions constitute provisions and guide to interpretation of the Rental Contract. In
the event of a conflict between these stated terms and conditions and the Rental Contract, the
terms of the Rental Contract shall prevail.

• RESTRICTIONS ON THE USAGE OF EQUIPMENT
• NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OR INSURANCE
• DEFECT/DAMAGED/LOSS/STOLEN EQUIPMENT
• RENTAL CHARGES AND LATE CHARGES
• PAYMENT TERMS, CREDIT INFORMATION AND CANCELLATIONS
• TITLE AND OWNERSHIP
• RIGHTS OF RECOVERY & INSPECTION
• FOREIGN USE
• MISCELLANEOUS ASPECTS OF THE RENTAL CONTRACT / AGREEMENT
• INDEMNIFICATION
• ASSUMPTION OF RISK
• ARBITRATION
• KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION
