5. Damage, Loss & Theft

Customers are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be charged based on the equipment’s market value.

6. Inspection & Condition

All equipment is tested before rental. Upon return, items will undergo inspection. Any damage, missing accessories, or functional issues caused during the rental period will be billed.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within the allowed window qualify for partial or full refunds. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in non-refundable charges.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any personal injury, project delays, or financial loss resulting from equipment malfunction or misuse. Customers must check equipment before use.

9. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup services are subject to availability and may include extra charges. Customers must ensure timely availability for handover or return.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By renting equipment from us, customers agree to all the terms, policies, and conditions stated on this page. These terms may be updated without prior notice.
