Forrentz.in rentals work on a 24-hour format i.e. 1 Day is counted as 24 hours from the time the item was delivered to you.
Yes, the delivery and pick-up amount would be charged based on the kilometers of the delivery partner charges (dunzo/porter).
Forrentz is an online rental platform. Just like you can buy items on Amazon or Flipkart, you can rent items from Forrentz. You choose the items you want, and checkout the products. We deliver and pickup the items from you.
All our cameras are ready-to-use. You get the camera body, the lens, the battery, the charger, the SD card and a bag. The price you see on the website is for all these items.
Sure, you can Walk-in and Pickup a product in Forrentz Office. However, Forrentz works on a first come first serve basis and we cannot guarantee the availability of products for walkins. As a result, we will encourage you to book your products in advance to avoid disappointment.
Forrentz Know Your Customer (KYC)
you will be required the following documents/details below.
1)Govt. ID Proof
(Aadhar Card/Driving License/Passport)
2)Address Proof.
3)Secondary Contact (Friend/Family/Colleague)
We trust that you will handle the items with utmost care but the deposit acts a safety net for the lender in case something goes wrong. The deposit builds trust and increases the incentive for the lender to share his/her item. Forrentz will initiate the refund of the deposit as soon as we receive the products from the customer.
We understand there might be times that you might be running late. We accept late deliveries upto 30 mins from the Pickup Timeslot In case you exceed this timeslot, an additional days rent will be charged. However, if the product is delayed further, there will be an additional charge, which will be one day’s rent amount.
This rental cancellation policy states. that renters will not receive a refund if they cancel on the same day as their rental. If they cancel before 24 hours, they will receive a 50% refund, and if they cancel before 48 hours, they will receive a 75% refund. It’s important for renters to review the cancellation policy before booking to understand the terms and conditions.
