1. Cancellation Timeline and Refund Schedule

To cancel an equipment rental, you must notify FORRENTZ in writing. The refund percentage is determined by the amount of notice given before the scheduled pickup time and date:

We do not have return policy as we are not selling any product on our website.

• Timely Notice: All cancellation requests must be received and acknowledged by FORRENTZ through a formal communication within 6 hours of the payment (e.g., email or confirmed message) to be valid.

• Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee will be deducted from any payments already made for the rental.

• Security Deposit: If a security deposit was paid, the entire deposit will be refunded upon cancellation, regardless of the notice period (as your standard terms do not indicate forfeiture of the deposit for simple cancellation).

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 2 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

3. No-Show Policy

If the Customer fails to pick up the equipment at the agreed-upon time and location without providing prior cancellation notice, this will be considered a “No-Show.” No-Shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, resulting in a 0% refund of the rental charges.
